While every session is intuitively guided and unique to the moment, this arc represents the foundational rhythm of our immersions. Each path is unique in its own way.
I. The Opening: Breath & Sacred Sound We begin by preparing the vessel with a grounding Pranayama (breathwork) session, with visual demonstration and energetic support. This transitions into a heart-opening Chanting and Mantra (Call and Response) creating a bridge of vocal frequency that invites every participant into the collective harmony.
II. The Descent: Into the Nest Participants are guided into their "nest" of stillness. Here, we begin our intuitive dialogue with the Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls. Playing together, we listen to the room and to one another, weaving a tapestry of crystalline overtones that are specifically responsive to the energy of the collective.
III. The Depths: Primordial Vibration The experience transitions seamlessly into the profound depth of the Chau Gongs. We both play rhythmically, creating a wall of sound that allows the physical body to resonate at a cellular level, utilizing the Tone of Life Gong as a soaring accent to pierce through the density and invite expansion.
IV. The Integration: Sweetness & Silence The intensity of the gongs gives way to the melodic, grounding notes of the Tongue Drum, followed by a period of profound "Noble Silence." This is the space of full absorption, where the frequencies settle into the nervous system.
V. The Awakening: Return to the Body The return is signaled by the bright, celestial notes of Koshi Chimes. Through gentle vocal guidance, we encourage a slow re-entry into the physical body, returning to a seated position to seal the journey with three shared Oms—the primordial vibration of unity.
VI. The Landing: Tea & Prasad The journey concludes with a grounding offering of seasonal tea and Prasad. This final sensory layer provides a gentle transition from the ethereal back to the earthly, allowing for community connection and integration.
From the first breath to the final Om, we are here to hold the space for your return to center.
